Animal feeds, petfood and fish feed

Years of experience in the animal feed industry have enabled us to come up with interesting solutions for the petfood industry, since various aspects, such as the storage of raw materials, dosing and mixing are relatively similar to the animal feed industry.

The technique of grinding products with a high fat content on our large-diameter hammermill, prior to sifting, is extremely important for the production of a quality extruded product; just another sample of Wynveen International's strong production process methods. To dry the extruded product from 24% moisture content to ± 8% moisture content, Wynveen International uses one horizontal and/or vertical belt drier, which has already proven its energy efficiency in dozens of plants. Wynveen International has also designed a unique fat and powder coating system which is linked to a vertical cooler.

Ever since the mid eighties, Wynveen International holds a leading position in manufacturing of complete fish feed factories. From the processing of the raw materials, grinding, sifting, mixing and drying, to the subsequent unique vacuum coating system (40% liquids), Wynveen International is able to realize all kinds of fishfeed projects on an international scale.
