Engineering is one of the most important activities of Wynveen International BV. It translates market studies and customer demands into an optimal design of processes, machines and arrangements of actual production sites.
The key-activities are:
1. Process and machine development
2. Lay-out engineering
3. Product engineering
4. Operator manuals and customer support
Several standard designs are available, tens of 10 to 60 t/h feedmill installations are designed over the last 25 years. More recently several designs have been made for the fish feed industry, with line capacities from 9 to 20 t/h.
Machine development is based on market requirements. The shrimp indrustry for example askes for a machine that can produce bulb-shaped feed. Wynveen developed the Spheremill for this demand with a capacity of 1,5-2 t/h. Also a new cooler and coater is now under construction.
Arrangements of production sites can be made with a modern 3D CAD system. The model gives the customer a very good inside in how the installation fits into the building. Wynveen is one of the few companies in the world that is able to do this. More than once it happens that a customer needs spare parts for a machine that is 20 years old. These parts still can be delivered within a couple of days if necessary.
All installations and machines can be delivered with a CE declaration, specific customer demands can be fulfilled.
