- Collection and use of personal data of customers, suppliers and other contractors
We would like to inform you that Wynveen International B.V. (hereafter referred to as “we” ) will collect and use the personal data you provide us with, as this data is necessary to conclude and perform any agreements with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and / or services.If you are one of our (potential) customers, we use data to send you quotations, to determine the specifications or requirements specific items or services must comply with, to deliver goods or to perform activities for you, to send you invoices and to ensure smooth and efficient communication concerning the operational aspects of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary to conclude and perform any agreements with you. In the case of purchasing, this data is necessary to inform you about the specifications or requirements we expect specific items or services to comply with, to send a request for a quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices and to ensure smooth and efficient communication concerning the other aspects of the agreement.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you provide no, or insufficient, personal data, we may be prevented from performing the activities mentioned above.
- Releasing personal data to third parties
In connection with the operational performance of any agreements with you, we may have to release your personal data to third parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or perform activities on our instructions. We also use an external server provider to save (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, which includes your personal data. For this purpose, your personal data is passed on to our external server provider. Finally, as we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data is passed on to the provider of this service.
- Direct marketing
If you have granted us permission, we will save and use the personal data provided by you to inform you personally by e-mail of our existing and new products and services and to make related offers for this in the future. Each time you receive direct marketing from us, you have the right to inform us to that you no longer wish to receive such information. To unsubscribe, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mail.
- Retention of personal data
If you have requested a quotation from us but you have not become one of our customers, we will delete your personal data no later than seven years after the last contact. If we have received a quotation from you, but we have not become one of your customers, your personal data will be deleted no later than seven years after the last contact. If you have become one of our customers, or we have become one of your customers, your personal data will be retained for at least ten years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was performed in full. This period corresponds to the period in which we are obliged to retain our administration for the Dutch Tax and Customs Authorities.
- Your rights
You are entitled to submit a request to view your own personal data. If there is a reason, you are entitled to request us to supplement or amend any personal data that is inaccurate. You are also entitled to request your personal data to be deleted, or to restrict the use of your personal data. You are also entitled to file an objection with us against the collection and use of your personal data and to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
